    This course is specifically designed for industrial engineering students to apply the engineering management techniques. Students learn the fundamentals of engineering management and gain an understanding of the management process. Major topics covered include concepts and theories of modern management, strategic capacity planning, service design, location planning, project organization and management, legal, quality assurance, quality control, logistics and supply chain, inventory management, aggregate planning, MRP and ERP management, JIT management, project management and other management issues.
