    This course requires students to understand network theory, Maxwell’s equations and boundary condition, analysis and design of one- and two-port equivalent circuits, impedance transformation, impedance matching using transmission line, transmission lines theory, s-parameters, the usage of Smith chart, impedance matching, transmission lines and waveguide, microwave resonator and filter circuits, microwave networks analysis, power divider and directional coupler, measurement and application in microwave, microwave link budget.
