    Properties of matters; solid, liquid, and gas. The equation of state for ideal and real gas, properties of the liquid (estimating vapor pressure, viscosity. Properties of an ideal and real solution. Phase rules, phase equilibrium, phase diagram. The first law of thermodynamics. Analytical chemistry, techniques and instrumentation for analytical chemistry.
